Better Luck Tommorow wasn't a great movie, it was just good. Based on the hype, I thought it was going to blow me away... but it didn't quite do that.

I thought the plot was pretty simple... but I very much enjoyed his directing style. It was Tarantino-esque... creative.

Ray Doi Dude... I totally feel you man. I have a midterm tomorrow and it feels like I'm never ready. Isn't there a term for that? But yeah... I always do hella bad even if I spend hella time studying for it, but I guess I do have to blame myself sometimes. I wait till the last minute to learn half or a whole quarter's worth of materials. Well hopefully I'll be able to survive this one. Have more finals and projects to deal with next week. Gonna lose my hair soon =/

Wassup ..... How's everyone doing? Are you depressed again Allan? Too depressed to post? hehehe.. come on folks... lets get this blog running again!!! What happend to the non-stop posting that took place a week or two ago? I remember seeing a new post like every two min or so hehehehe... lets bring that back. Treat this as if it's AIM.

I just wanted to share a depressing story with you people.

I was over in the East Bay over the weekend ... probably in one of the most ghetto areas of Oakland (East 14th or something). I parked my car outside my cousin's house, walked inside and then my sister tells me, oh there's a fight. I looked... and there was a group of 16+ who just got off a bus. A boy who's probably in high school was cornered against a fence... and 5 or 6 of those people were pounding on him. My sister and I just stood there helplessly as they continued beating on him. My sister grabbed the phone... dialed 911. I heard them yelling stuff like take his shit.. drop his ass... knock him out. I've never seen a fight last this long. They pounded on him for over 2 minutes. And with the FUCKIN DUMB ASS OPERATOR... she was taking her damn time. My sister got mad and said... "Can you just fucking send somebody out here." and she freakin responded with, I'm just trying to help... stop screaming at me. What kind of fuckin operator is that???? Imagine if somebody was at gun-point. And that's not even the worst part... the worst part was that they never sent anyone out. She's lucky she's not working for my city, or I'd definitely complain the fuck out of her. It was really depressing because there were quite a few bystanders... but none of us were able to really help. I felt so sick afterward... watching the whole thing take place. I wanted to help so badly... but couldn't. Just a horrible feeling.

How could people ever be so fucked up? How could you actually hit a person like that? So inhumane!!!

Well enough for that depressing stuff. I missed my monopoly rematch.. but there'll be a next time. hehehee...
